About Us
Over the years as a food blogger, cookbook author, magazine & website contributor and mother to two (soon to be 3!) small children, I have developed recipes alongside an arsenal of tips, tricks and shortcuts to meet the varying needs of my family and friends without compromising on nutrition or flavour.
I am a home cook, not a professional chef.
My husband Luke is a nutritional, behaviour-change coach, not a dietitian.
We both love food but understand that it needs to fit into your busy lifestyle without taking over completely.
Which is why we have developed The Body Confident Cooking Club as a resource which uses real food to meet the needs of real people.
