Is The Body Confident Cooking Club right for me?
Whether you’re cooking for two or feeding a family, we’re here to help. All recipes are written for two, often with leftovers for extra meals, and can easily be increased to feed more. At the end of every recipe we include tips for prepping ahead, eating again and making the meal more appealing to kids - all intended to save you time and money and generally make life a little bit easier.
The main plan includes meat and seafood, but vegetarian substitutes can be made. Please do get in touch if you have specific dietary requirements you would like to discuss - we’re here to help.

The sheer amount of choice out there can leave many of us feeling completely overwhelmed. We created The Body Confident Cooking Club to simplify the meal planning process, providing structure to what you eat throughout the week without taking over your life.

Body Confident cooking celebrates real, honest ingredients without following any specific diets or fads. Our aim is to incorporate plenty of vegetables and fibre, lean protein, wholegrains and healthy fats into every meal, without ever sacrificing on flavour.
None of the recipes are complicated, but over the next four weeks you’ll learn some handy tips and tricks for getting the most out of your food, making it as delicious and nutritious as possible.
